EMS Assessment - SEI can conduct a gap analysis, reviewing your current program, operations and documentation and assessing what is needed to implement an EMS

EMS Training – SEI can provide EMS Overview briefings, a three day workshop on EMS Implementation, or modify the training event to suit your needs.

EMS Implementation and Support – SEI can develop an EMS implementation approach tailored to the specific needs of your organization’s program needs, culture and goals. The training, on-site assistance and technical support services will be adjusted to meet the organization’s needs.

EMS Implementation Group Program – SEI will be conducting implementation programs for groups of public entities. The program will consist of six two-day workshops over 18 months. For a fixed fee, each participating public entity will be allowed to bring up to three people to the workshops; limited on-site assistance will also be provided.

EMS Coaching – For those organizations that proceed on their own, SEI can be available to provide mentoring and coaching services as required.
