Exit the 19th Street/Oakland station onto the corner of 19th Street and Broadway. Walk one block East toward Lake Merritt on 19th St. 1904 Franklin is located on the northeast corner of Franklin and 19th St.

From San Francisco (West):

From the Bay bridge, follow signs to 580 East. Merge onto 980 South. Follow the exit for 18th / 14th street. Turn Left at the second light (17th St.), continue past Broadway, and turn Left onto Franklin St. We are one block down on the northeast corner of Franklin and 19th St. Street parking and two parking garages are located at this intersection.

From Berkeley (North):

Follow I-80 West, exit 580 East. Merge onto 980 South. Follow the exit for 18th / 14th street. Turn Left at the second light (17th St.), continue past Broadway, and turn Left onto Franklin St. We are one block down on the northeast corner of Franklin and 19th St. Street parking and two parking garages are located at this intersection.

From Walnut Creek (East):

Travel West on Hwy 24, which becomes I-980 South near Oakland. Follow the exit for 18th / 14th street. Turn Left at the second light (17th St.), continue past Broadway, and turn Left onto Franklin St. We are one block down on the northeast corner of Franklin and 19th St. Street parking and two parking garages are located at this intersection.

From San Jose (South):

Follow 880 North and take the Broadway exit. Take the ramp toward Alameda, and merge right onto Broadway. Turn Right onto 17th St., and then Left onto Franklin St. We are one block down on the northeast corner of Franklin and 19th St. Street parking and two parking garages are located at this intersection.
